Iran’s Sepahan Sacks Zlatko Kranjcar
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Croatian football coach Zlatko Kranjcar has been sacked by Iranian football club Sepahan on Saturday.
The 61-year-old coach has been dismissed following poor results in the Isfahan-based football club.
Kranjcar was named Sepahan coach in May, 2017 on a two-year contract but was sacked after eight months.
Karim Ghanbari has been named as Sepahan’s interim coach.
Sepahan sits 12th in Iran Professional League, just seven points above the relegation zone.
