Iran defeated Ukraine 6-3 on Sunday, thanks to goals from Mohammad Moradi (three goals), Mohammad Ahmadzadeh (two goals) and Behzadpour.
Zborovsky (two goals) and Shcherytsia scored for Ukraine.
Earlier in the day, Spain defeated Azerbaijan 3-1 to book a place in the final match.
The competition is being held in Bushehr, south Iran from January 27 to 29.
The Iranian team won the title in the first edition, defeating the national Italian beach soccer team – nicknamed Gli Azzurri (The Blues) – 4-3 in the final showdown on February 16, 2017.
