Iran to Play Russia for U-17 Women’s Torneo delle Nazioni 7th Place
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran lost to Italy 3-1 in Day 3 of the U-17 Women’s Torneo delle Nazioni on Saturday.
Alexandra Stockner,Emma Severini and Federica Anghileri scored for the Italian team and Roghayeh Jalalnasab pulled a goal back in the 68th minute.
Iran, who had lost to USA and drawn with Slovenia, finished in fourth place in Group A.
Iran will meet Russia on Sunday in 5th/6th Place Play-off.
Titleholder USA will face Japan in the final match.
