The Iran international winger has joined the Belgium football team from Saipa.
Gholizadeh, 22, who scored six goals and six assists this season in the Iranian Professional League, signed a two-year contract with the Zebras.
Gholizadeh, who is in the selection of Carlos Queiroz for the World Cup in Russia, was followed by several European clubs but chose Charleroi, where he will meet his compatriot Kaveh Rezaei.
SC Charleroi is going to sign Iranian Omid Noorafkan as well.
