Iranian Women Team to Participate at 2018 FIBA 3x3 World Cup
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iranian women basketball team left Tehran for Manila, the capital of the Philippines, early Wednesday to partake at the 2018 FIBA 3x3 World Cup.
The Iranian team consists of Masoumeh Esmaeilzadeh, Mojgan Khodadadi, Saeideh Ali and Kimia Yazdian in the competition.
Team Melli has been drawn in Pool C along with Andorra, USA, Russia and Uganda.
Iran participates in the competition for the first time.
A total of 20 teams in four pools of five teams will participate at the women's tournament of the 2018 FIBA 3x3 World Cup.
