The Iranian military team, representing the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) Ground Force and driving armored personnel carriers, took the third place in the Suvorov attack section of the International Army Games 2018, held in Russia.
Iran had dispatched several teams to the Army Games, hosted jointly by seven countries.
The Iranian Navy’s team won the title in the diving competitions of the games after setting a number of records. The Iranians came first in all seven sections of the diving contest, held in Iran’s Caspian port of Noshahr.
The International Army Games 2018 were held in Russia, China, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Iran, Azerbaijan and Armenia.
