Iran’s Ghoddos Scores in His Debut for Amiens
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iranian international striker Saman Ghoddos scored on his debut for Amiens on Saturday.
The 24-year-old player, who has recently joined Amiens from Ostersunds FK, scored in their 4-1 win against Stade Reims.
Ghoddos featured in Team Melli's 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia campaign against Morocco, Spain and Portugal.
Ghoddos has signed a five-year contract with French side Amiens SC.
The Swedish-born Iranian began his professional career in Sweden's Division 1 Limhamn Bunkeflo in 2011 and Trelleborg in 2013 before progressing to the Superettan a year later with Syrianska.
