An intense weather has hit a wedding hall in Philippines when a ceremony was taking place one day before Typhoon Mangkhut made landfall, causing a powercut and subsequently the guests to scream in panic but everyone was fine.
At least 30 people have been killed due to the floodings and landslides that hit northern Philippines on September 15.
