Trump Taunted on Social Media over Remarks at UN Speech
TEHRAN (Tasnim) - Twitter users were quick to jeer at the US president Donald Trump and question his leadership after his remarks at the United Nations General Assembly, which made the world leaders to laugh at him during his speech on Tuesday.
Many twitter users reacted differently to Trump’s claim at the UN that, "In less than two years, my administration has accomplished more than almost any administration in the history of our country,"
Some users just made jocks about how Trump handled the situation and some even saw it as embarrassment for the United States, "We need a President who isn't a laughing stock to the entire World. We need a truly great leader, a genius at strategy and winning. Respect!"
Many users even pointed to an old slam Trump directed at President Barack Obama that isn’t aging well:
