Iran’s Larestan Beats T-Sports Club at Asian Women's Club League Handball
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Larestan of Iran defeated India’s T-Sports Club at the 2018 Asian Women's Club League Handball Championship on Thursday.
The Iranian team beat its Indian rival 31-14 at the Universal Sports Complex Dostyk in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
Larestan, who started the campaign with a 42-25 defeat to Kaysar Club, will face Almaty Club of Kazakhstan on Saturday.
The 2018 Asian Women's Club League Handball Championship is the third edition of the competition held from October 3 to 9 in Almaty.
It’s organized by the Kazakhstan Handball Federation under the aegis of Asian Handball Federation.
It’s the official competition for women's handball clubs of Asia crowning the Asian champions.
