She came first with a throw of 10.71m and also set an Asian record.
Bahrain’s Fatema Nedham won the silver with 9.87m.
And bronze medal went to Deepa Malik from India who threw 9.67m.
About 3,000 athletes with disabilities from a record 43 countries and territories are taking part in the games that opened in the Indonesian capital on Saturday.
The Asian Para Games will run through October 13.
