Iran’s Nasiri Snatches Gold at Asian Para Games
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Peyman Nasiri from Iran won the Men’s 1500m T20 gold medal at the Indonesia 2018 Asian Para Games on Friday.
Paralympic champion came first after he clocked 00:04:07.10.
Japan’s Daiki Akai (00:04:09.19) and Yuji Togawa (00:04:09.55) claimed the silver and bronze medal respectively.
About 3,000 athletes with disabilities from a record 43 countries and territories are taking part in the games that opened in the Indonesian capital on Saturday.
The Asian Para Games will run through October 13.
