Iran’s Tractor Sazi Eyes Sardar Azmoun: Report
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran and Rubin Kazan striker Sardar Azmoun has reportedly reached an agreement with Tractor Sazi football club.
The Tabriz-based football team, who is going to win first ever title in Iran Professional League, has reportedly reached an agreement with the striker.
Azmoun had been reportedly linked with a move to Liverpool and Celtic before the 2018 World Cup.
Following poor performance in the World Cup in Russia, Azmoun announced his retirement from the international football but returned to Team Melli soon after.
Now, the Iranian media reports suggest that the 24-year-old forward has reached a final agreement with Iranian club Tractor Sazi.
Azmoun is a member of Iran national football team in the 2019 AFC Asian Cup.
