Syrian Protesters Continue to Burn US, French Flags in Raqqa (+Video)
TEHRAN (Tasnim) - Syrian tribesmen in Raqqa continued burning American and French flags in protest against presence of the foreign forces in the country.
The footage released by the Russia's Rusvesna shows people setting fire to the French and US flags in a Raqqa neigborhoods, while also demanding the entry of the Syrian Arab Army.
There has been an increase in the number of popular protests in the Syrian provinces of Raqqa and Deir Ez-Zor, asking for presence of the government force since mid-January, which is currently controlled by the US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF).
