Amir Reza Dehbozorgi (48kg), Saeid Esmaeili (51kg) and Saeid Karimizadeh (92kg) claimed three gold medals in the competition.
Danial Sohrabi clinched a silver medal in the 60kg and Shahrokh Mikaeilizadeh claimed a bronze medal in the 110kg weight class.
Iran is leading the table with 126 points at the first day of the competition, followed by Kazakhstan and India with 120 and 113 points, respectively.
