The 27-year-old striker joined Charleroi in June 2017 from Esteghlal and scored 15 goals in 33 games.
Rezaei joined Club Brugge for a reported club-record fee of €5 million but failed to meet expectations in the top Belgian football team.
The Iranian international now returns to the team that signed him in 2017.
Rezaei has joined his compatriots Ali Gholizadeh and Younes Delfi.
