Team Melli is stepping up preparations ahead of the Asian qualifications for the Tokyo Olympic Games next year.
Iran will prepare for the 2019 AHF Men’s Asian qualification event, which will be held in Doha from October 17 to 26.
Iran has been drawn in Group A, which also features Bahrain, Kuwait and South Korea.
Group B includes Saudi Arabia, Qatar, India and Hong Kong.
The top two teams will qualify for the semi-finals.
