Iran has been drawn in Group A, which also features Bahrain, Kuwait and South Korea.
Group B includes Saudi Arabia, Qatar, India and Hong Kong.
The top two teams will qualify for the semi-finals.
The winner of the tournament will qualify for the 2020 Olympic Games.
