Shahin Khzar Loses to Brazilian Flamengo at World Winners Cup
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Shahin Khazar of Iran lost to Brazilian team CR Flamengo 6-2 in the first edition of the World Winners Cup in Alanya, Turkey on Tuesday.
Movahed Mohammadpour and Mohammad Masoumizadeh scored for the Iranian team.
Shahin Khazar started the competition with a 7-2 win over Boca Gdansk of Poland in Group B.
Golsapoosh Yazd match against Alanya BS of Turkey was postponed due to weather conditions and will be played on Wednesday.
The beach soccer competition is taking place from October 21 to 27 in Alanya, Turkey.
