USA's Scot Severn won the Men's Shot Put F53 with a huge effort of 7.69m.
Mokhtari came second with 7.64 and Syrian Alaa Abdulsalam finished in third place with 7.41.
Iran’s Mahdi Olad had already won a gold medal at the Men's Shot Put F11.
More than 1,400 athletes from 120 nations are competing in the World Championships from November 7 to 15.
