Heading a high-ranking delegation, Araqchi left Tehran for The Hague on Sunday to attend the third round of political talks between the Islamic Republic and the northwestern European country.
During his visit, the Iranian diplomat will meet with his Dutch counterpart and the foreign minister of the Netherlands.
The political talks are regularly held every six months at the capitals of the two countries.
