The Men’s team defeated South Korea 75-63.
Iran has defeated China, Thailand and South Korea and lost to Japan and Australia so far.
Iran’s women’s team also defeated Afghanistan 41-35.
The team had earlier defeated Cambodia and India and lost to Thailand.
The competition has four spots available for men and three for women at Tokyo 2020, with one spot in each already allocated to Japan as the host nation.
The games have brought 14 men’s teams and eight women’s teams together.
