Iranian Skiers Take Four More Medals at Murat Dedeman FIS Cup

TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iranian skiers claimed four more medals at the Murat Dedeman FIS Cup underway in Palandoken in Erzurum, Turkey.

Atefeh Ahmadi seized a gold medal in the women’s slalom with a time of 1:37.35. Her countrywoman Forough Abbasi claimed a bronze and silver medal went to Turkey’s Sila Kara.

In the men’s slalom, Luka Tiriel Abramovic from Turkey won the gold with 1:26.35, and Iranian skiers Morteza Jafari and Porya Saveh Shemshaki climed silver and bronze medals, respectively.

Iranian skiers had won two silver and two bronze medals in the competition’s first day.

The international tournament has brought seven countries together.
