President Rouhani Visits Flood-Hit SE Iran (+Video)
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iranian President Hassan Rouhani traveled to Sistan and Balouchestan to oversee relief operations in the flood-stricken southeastern province.
During his visit, the president ordered the acceleration of relief operations in the province.
Following heavy downpours and torrential rains, some parts of Sistan and Balouchestan were affected by massive flash floods earlier this month. The amount of rainfall led to heavy flooding in areas such as Delgan of Dashtiari, Konarak, south of the province.
