Iran’s DM Hopes for Peace, Stability in Nowruz Message to Counterparts
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – In a congratulatory message to his foreign counterparts on the occasion of Nowruz, Iranian Defense Minister Brigadier General Amir Hatami expressed hope for peace, stability and end to the wars.
Brigadier General Hatami congratulated Nowruz in separate message to the defense ministers, governments, nations and the armed forces of Armenia, Turkmenistan, Pakistan, Tajikistan, the Republic of Azerbaijan, Afghanistan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan.
In his message, the Iranian general hoped for peace and stability and an end to violence and wars.
“The ancient Nowruz festival, as the common heritage of the regional countries, will be the basis for the promotion of cooperation in various fields,” the Iranian defense minister added.
Brigadier General Hatami finally expressed the hope that Nowruz and the bonds among the regional nations would contribute to the expansion of mutual cooperation in all sectors, particularly in the defense industry.
