Saadatmand Appointed Esteghlal GM
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Ahmad Saadatmand has been appointed as new general manager of Esteghlal football club.
On Sunday, Saadatmand was named as the Iranian club’s GM as a replacement for Ali Fathollahzadeh who stepped down from his role on March 14.
Saadatmand was a member of Esteghlal’s Board of Directors.
Saadatmand has a difficult task ahead since Esteghlal must pay its debts to the players to avoid transfer ban.
