Mehrdad Mohammadi Joins Al-Arabi

TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iranian international winger Mehrdad Mohammadi joined Qatari football club Al-Arabi on Monday.

He has penned a three-year contract with Al-Arabi.

Al-Arabi signed him as a replacement for his countryman Morteza Pouraliganji who joined Chinese football team Shenzhen.

Mohammadi joined Portuguese team Aves last year from Sepahan and scored eight goals for the team in 28 matches.

His twin brother Milad Mohammadi currently plays in Belgian top-flight team Gent.
