The tournament will be held in Kiev, capital of Ukraine from October 15 to 18.
“We’ve received an invitation from Ukrainian wrestling federation but we have not been allowed to start our training yet. So, it’s not possible to send a team to the tournament,” director of Iran’s freestyle wrestling team Mohsen Kaveh said.
All teams are preparing for the 2020 World Wrestling Championships which are scheduled to take place in Belgrade, Serbia from December 12 to 20.
