Mehdi Ghaedi was brought down in Foolad area in the 62nd minute and Vouria Ghafouri scored from the spot.
Foolad midfielder Farshad Ahmadzadeh levelled the score with a header 10 minutes later.
Foolad defender Moussa Coulibaly was fouled in the added time in the penalty area and the referee showed the spot. Brazilian forward Luciano Pereira was on target to seal a 2-1 win for Foolad in Shohaday-e Foolad Stadium.
In Kerman, Gol Gohar beat Mes Rafsanjan 2-0. Nigerian striker Godwin Mensha scored twice in the 61st and 76th minutes.
Machine Sazi drew 1-1 with Zob Ahan in Tabriz. Zob Ahan defender Vahid Mohammadzadeh was sent off just seconds into the match.
Peyman Babaei scored for Machine Sazi in the 80th minute and Abdollah Hosseini equalized the match in the 89th minute.
