Asian Youth Handball Championship Postponed
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – The Asian Handball Federation (AHF) decided to postpone the 17th Asian Youth Handball Championship due to coronavirus fears.
The competition, which acts as a qualifier for the World Cup in Hungary 2021, has been delayed until further notice.
The tournament was originally scheduled to be held in Shiraz, Iran from March 20 to 29 but the AHF changed the host due to COVID-19 fears.
Bahrain had been chosen to host the event but the competition has been postponed until further notice based on a recent decision of AHF.
