Karim Ansarifaed to Represent Iran against Syria
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Reports in Greek media suggest that Karim Ansarifard will be invited to Iran national football team for the match against Syria.
Team Melli will face Syria in a friendly on March 30 at the Azadi Stadium in Tehran.
Ansarifard, 31, currently plays for AEK Athens.
In.gr has reported that he will represent Iran in the friendly match against Syria.
Iran and Syria are preparing for the 2022 World Cup qualifiers.
Iran is scheduled to play Hong Kong, Cambodia, Bahrain and Iraq, respectively at the 2022 World Cup Qualifications.
