Syria Star Omar Al Somah Misses Match against Iran
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Syria striker Omar Al Somah missed the friendly match against Iran.
Syria will take on Bahrain on Thursday with Iran to follow five days later as the team ramps up its preparations for the resumption of the Asian Qualifiers for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 and AFC Asian Cup China 2023.
Omar Al Somah has missed the match due to injury.
Syria is top of Group A of the Asian Qualifiers with a perfect record of five wins, eight points ahead of China PR, who will host the remaining matches in the group.
