Iranian Adviser: Zionist Mischief Not to Remain Unanswered
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – A senior adviser to the Iranian parliament speaker for international affairs said the recent developments in Palestine revealed that the Israeli regime’s mischievous acts will not remain unanswered and the resistance will stand firm against the Zionists.
“What happened in recent days proved that the Zionists’ mischief will not go unanswered and the resistance will act with power in the face of their acts of aggression,” Hossein Amir Abdollahian said in a meeting with the representative of the Islamic Jihad movement, Nasser Abu Sharif, held in Tehran on Thursday.
He added that the consequence of the Zionist regime’s brazen acts is a stronger blow it has received and the brunt it has borne.
He also noted that a full support for the resistance front, which could materialize through unity among all Muslim countries, would be the “right and definitive” way to counter the Israeli regime in the region.
Amir Abdollahian added that the realization of the Palestinian cause is possible through solidarity between Muslim countries and the resistance front in the face of the Israeli regime.
The Hamas official, for his part, hailed Iran’s special support for the Palestinian people and said the shaky nature of the power of the Israeli regime was revealed inside the occupied territories last week, Press TV reported.
Sharif emphasized that unity among Muslim countries is the only way to achieve victory against the inhumane Zionist regime.
He also lauded Iran as a staunch supporter of the resistance front and said full unity among the Palestinian groups in the face of the Zionist regime is a precondition for Palestine’s salvation.
The Islamic Jihad movement would never change its position in the fight against the Zionist regime, he underlined.
