Azmoun won the poll with 49 percent of the votes.
He defeated his countryman Mehdi Taremi who finished in second place with 42 percent.
Azmoun scored a hat-trick against Lokomotiv Moscow last week and helped his team win the Russian premiere League title.
The Iranian striker is now a three-time Russian Premier League winner and, with 19 goals in 23 matches this campaign, looks set to retain the golden boot title he shared with Artem Dzyuba last season.
