Iran Beaten by Uzbekistan at CAFA U-17 Women C’ship
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran was defeated against Uzbekistan 2-0 in the CAFA U-17 Women Championship on Monday.
The tournament is being held in the capital of Tajikistan, Dushanbe from July 3 to 7 in a round-robin format.
The 2021 CAFA U17 Women Championship is the first edition of the tournament at this age level.
Iran will play Tajikistan on Wednesday.
Shadi Mahini’s girls had started the campaign with a 6-0 victory over Afghanistan on Saturday.
