Iran’s Jahanbakhsh Joins Feyenoord Rotterdam
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Brighton & Hove Albion winger Alireza Jahanbakhsh joined Feyenoord Rotterdam on Saturday.
The Iranian international winger has joined the Eredivisie outfit on a three-year contract with an option for another season.
Jahanbakhsh was in and out of the Brighton side since a £17 million move from AZ Alkmaar in 2018.
He still had two years left on his contract but became increasingly frustrated by a lack of sustained opportunities.
The 27-year-old made only 21 starts in a total of 50 Premier League appearances over the past three seasons.
He will wear No. 9 jersey in Feyenoord.
