Iran Climbs Up Five Spots in FIFA World Ranking
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran national football team climbed up five places in the table in the latest FIFA World Ranking released on Thursday.
Iran has moved up to 26th in the ranking.
Japan still remains the best team in Asia and has moved up to 24th.
Iran earned four wins in 2022 FIFA World Cup qualification in June, beating Hong Kong, Cambodia, Bahrain and Iraq.
Belgium remained unchanged at top of the table, followed by Brazil, France, England and Italy.
