Ghayedi has reportedly penned a five-year contract with Shabab Al-Ahli for an undisclosed fee.
The Emirati club had hired Persepolis midfielder Ahmad Nourollahi last week.
Shabab Al-Ahli Club is a United Arab Emirates professional association football club based in Dubai. Al-Ahli is one of the most successful clubs in the country.
Al-Ahli FC has won seven league titles, a record of nine UAE's President Cup titles, five UAE super Cup titles, five UAE League Cup titles and one Emirati-Moroccan Super Cup, earning a total of 27 titles, making the team the second most successful team in UAE.
