In a Sunday message to his Mauritanian counterpart Mohamed Ould Ghazouani, Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi congratulated the West African country’s people and government on its national day.
The Iranian president also expressed hope that the cooperation between Tehran and Nouakchott and their relations would be enhanced in all fields in light of the efforts of their officials and the great capabilities of the two nations.
Raisi, who took office in August, has highlighted the significance that his administration attaches to the enhancement of ties with the African nations.
