Sahar Zamani Fard, Fatemeh Papi, Sara Shirbeigi, Fereshteh Karimi and Nesa Ahmadi were on target for Iran at the Dushanbe Indoor Hall.
Iran will also play Tajikistan and Kyrgyz Republic on Saturday and Monday, respectively.
The competition is being held from January 19 to 29 in Dushanbe, Tajikistan.
Tajikistan, Iran, Kyrgyz Republic and Uzbekistan are taking part in the tournament.
