Hassan Maleki Appointed India Taekwondo Team Coach

TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iranian coach Hassan Maleki was named as new head coach of India taekwondo team.

Sports

Indian sports officials have hired the long-serving trainer for the 2022 Asian Games in Hangzhou, China.

Iranian coaches Fariborz Askari and Mohammad Bagheri Motamad have previously coached the Indian taekwondo team.

India has heavily invested in sports in recent years.
