Iran’s Mohammad Jamshidi topscored with 32 points, while Kazakhstan’s Nikolay Bazhin scored 23 points.
With the win, Kazakhstan moved up top of Group D with six points, one points ahead of Iran's Team Melli.
The team of Mostafa Hashemi, Iran’s coach, will play Syria on Sunday in Tehran.
The top three teams from all groups will be grouped in two groups of six teams, where each team will face others from another group.
