The Iranian team defeated Syria 36-21.
Iran started the campaign with a win over Uzbekistan and also defeated Kazakhstan and India.
The competition is being held from March 18 to 25 in Almaty, Kazakhstan, under the aegis of Asian Handball Federation.
Iran also qualified for the 2022 Women's Youth World Handball Championship in Georgia as one of the top two teams.
