The Iranian team, who had earlier defeated the Philippines 2-0 and Vietnam 2-1, will play Qatar on Monday.
The competition is being held in Tehran, Iran, from March 22 to 28.
The event acts as qualification for the World Championships, to be hosted in Greece next June.
Besides host Iran and defending champion Qatar, Oman, Vietnam, the Philippines and India are competing in the event.
