Nassaji Crowned Champion of Iran’s Hazfi Cup
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Nassaji football team defeated Aluminum 1-0 to win Iran’s Hazfi Cup for the first time ever.
The Ghaemshahr-based football side won the match courtesy of Mehrdad Abdi’s goal in the 58th minute.
The match was held at the Azadi Stadium in Tehran Wednesday night.
Esteghlal is the most decorated club with seven titles, followed by Persepolis who has won six titles.
