Israel on Road to Collapse: IRGC Quds Force Chief

TEHRAN (Tasnim) – The life of the Zionist regime is going to end, the commander of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) Quds Force said, stressing that the International Quds Day will continue to be commemorated until the elimination of Zionism.

IRGC Quds Force Commander Brigadier General Esmail Qaani on Friday delivered a speech to people at the holy shrine of Imam Reza (AS) in Iran’s northeastern city of Mashhad at the conclusion of rallies marking the International Quds Day.

“The life of the Zionist regime is ending,” he said, advising the residents of the occupied Palestinian territories to sell their properties in the occupied lands and return to their homes in the European states before it is too late.

He also made it clear that the International Quds Days will continue to be commemorated until the termination of all Zionists.

“The front of resistance is getting stronger day by day,” the general underlined, highlighting the growing power of the Lebanese Hezbollah and the improvement in the accuracy and quality of its equipment.

This is a divine promise that a usurping regime will not last long, Brigadier General Qaani stated, saying the Israeli regime’s intelligence and research centers have reached the conclusion that the regime is facing extinction.

The International Quds Day is an annual event during which demonstrators express their solidarity with the Palestinian people and opposition to the occupation of the Palestinian territories by the Zionist regime of Israel.

The day is seen as the legacy of the late founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Imam Khomeini, who officially declared the last Friday of the holy month of Ramadan as International Quds Day back in 1979.

It falls on Friday, April 29, this year.
