Sepahan defeated Shahid Shameli Kazeroon in the two-legged final.
Sepahan was held to a 24-24 draw against Shameli but won the title due to its 23-19 win in the first leg.
Sepahan and Shameli will represent Iran at the 24th Asian Men's Club League Handball Championship.
The competition will be held in India from June 23 to July 4.
