Iran Loses to New Zealand in FIBA U-16 Asian Championship

Iran’s Mohammad Amin Khosravi topscored the match with 26 points, while Nic Book and Dante Matakatea scored 17 points for New Zealand each.

Iran is scheduled to meet India in the classification round for 5th–8th place on Saturday.

The top four teams qualify for the 2022 FIBA U-17 Basketball World Cup which will be held in July 2-10 in Malaga, Spain.
