Puche Díaz was named as head coach of Iran’s women’s handball team in July and led the Team in the 2021 Solidarity Games.
Iran failed to win a medal following its poor performance in the Games.
The federation will reportedly part company with her and Masoud Zohrabi will be appointed as head coach.
The Iranian women team will participate in the 2022 Asian Women's Handball Championship in November, where it has been drawn in Group A along with the Republic of Korea, Uzbekistan, India and Australia.
