Iran to Face Uruguay behind Closed Doors
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran national football team will play Uruguay in a friendly match behind closed doors.
The match is scheduled for Friday at the at NV Arena in Sankt Pölten, Austria.
Team Melli will wear red shirts in the match against La Celeste.
Carlos Queiroz’s team will prepare for the 2022 FIFA World Cup, where it has been drawn in Group B along with England, the US and Wales.
Uruguay is in Group H along with Portugal, Ghana and South Korea.
